Job Opportunities to a Team of Online Marketers

I am envisioning 5 open positions, but I am open to suggestion on different team configurations. I am considering Filipinos for one of these positions (see below).
I’m looking for some team players to collaborate. Below find a diagram and explanations of the jobs available.
I’m looking for full time and part time employees who are interested in a salary.
Based on the job descriptions below I would like your feedback as to what position you think you would like.
1) PPC, SEO, SEM Manager
This is a critical role in the new promotions team.
This position will require you to work 9/10 am to 5/6 pm Eastern Time USA
So that means you will be working the “reverse shift” in the Philippines approximately 9 PM to 6 AM your time.
If you cannot work the night shift please do not express interest in this job.
You will be working with me and other team members from the Tech Team. I will be available to help you with management and problem solving.

Your primary points of contact will be working directly with the CEO, Sales and Account management.
You should be/have:
  • excellent English spoken language skills. The CEO likes talking to people, and prefers face-to-face type interactions. I want you to convince him that you don’t need to be in the office to do an excellent job.
    • The CEO will want to call via Skype any time he likes to discuss promotional ideas and projects and you must be available during working hours 9 PM to 6 AM your time.
    • An audio Skype interview with me and then the CEO will be required
  • a “people person” and friendly and ability to keep cool. (think: congenial, hospitable, genial, personable, agreeable, pleasant, likable, amiable, nice)
  • Very knowledgeable about Online promotions (SEO, PPC, SEM, etc).

      • Microsoft AdCenter Marketing
      • Facebook Marketing
      • Google Places Marketing
  • speak with confidence, make suggestions, etc.

  • Constantly keeping up with the latest trends and ideas in online promotion (reading blogs, instructional, etc.)
  • Open to discussing and soliciting ideas with other team members

  • very knowledgeable about gathering requirements for projects – with little input from the CEO
  • Present those requirements documents to the CEO to commit to projects
  • excellent at organizing and managing projects
  • explain to accounts management improvements we are making that impact our customers
  • building processes that are used regularly in the promotional department (think checklists)
  • if you have experience working for a PPC agency that is a big plus
2) Affiliates, Link Building, Social Media
You can work normal hours PH time in this position.
Currently the company is primarily a Adwords PPC shop, but I want someone to come in and:
  • Do off page white hat linking to improve SEO for our customers and internal customer lead gen pages
    • you can also use members of our tech team to assist you
  • Create and manage an affiliate lead program for us get an alternative source of leads
    • Find, recommend and implement affiliate programs
  • improve our corporate reputation management
  • Build and manage a new Social Media product for us to sell to our customers; that may include
    • creating systems (think checklists) for social media
    • recommending tools for Social Media
    • Creating or working with our copywriter on content for the social media feeds
    • monitoring the social media feeds
  • Work on campaigns with other team members
  • working with other team members to suggest and create improvements to our ideas, tools, process and inventing new products
  • Ability to show demonstrable difference your work makes on ongoing basis
  • Ability to educate internal members of staff
  • Ability and willingness to track cost per conversion and (where possible) cost per acquisition

3) PPC Expert
You can work normal hours PH time in this position.
Currently the company is primarily a Adwords PPC shop, so we need a PPC person with a lot of experience. We want a professional person who knows their craft:
  • Deep Analysis of our existing infrastructure, tools and make suggestions for improvement.
  • Keep our existing PPC systems running (everything has to continue to work and you need to make incremental improvements)
  • Improve our campaigns performance through continual analysis
  • Recommend the creation of tools to our programming and tech team that will give us a competitive advantage
  • Implement all new PPC systems (including A/B Testing and statistical analysis)
  • Re-label and better organize our existing accounts within the account manager
  • create new processes so customers get consistently the same experience (think checklists for set-up)
  • Keep up with the latest trends, technologies and ideas in the PPC market
  • Keep up to date with new google tools, programs and systems
  • communicate with google to take advantage of programs or get us promotional coupons from google for credit to use
  • Make suggestions often to the Promotion manager so they can discuss with management, sales and accounts
  • Work on campaigns with other team members
  • working with other team members to suggest and create improvements to our ideas, tools, process and inventing new products

Currently the company is primarily a Adwords PPC shop, but we need a SEO person with a lot of experience. We want a professional person who knows their craft:
We want to increase the leads to our customers and do it in a cost effective way as an alternative to the PPC campaigns we run.
We don’t do much SEO, so you will be building the SEO lead generation side of our business.
  • Make suggestions for infrastructure, tools to get SEO going
  • Work with our tech staff to build SEO friendly sites
  • Recommend ways we can improve our existing PPC sites to make them more SEO friendly
  • Improve our campaigns performance through continual analysis
  • Recommend the creation of tools to our programming and tech team that will give us a competitive advantage
  • Implement all new SEO systems (including A/B Testing and statistical analysis)
  • create new processes so customers get consistently the same experience (think checklists for set-up)

You can work normal hours PH time in this position.
Currently the company is primarily a Adwords PPC shop, but we almost EXCLUSIVELY focus on local campaigns. Our dentists and doctors are looking for local traffic. We need someone with a lot of experience at local marketing. We want a professional person who knows their craft:
  • Make suggestions for infrastructure, tools to improve our LOCAL marketing
  • Make sure every one of our client is registered in google places
  • Recommend ways we can improve our existing sites to make them work better for local marketing
  • Improve our campaigns performance through continual analysis
  • Recommend the creation of tools to our programming and tech team that will give us a competitive advantage
  • Implement all new LOCAL systems (including registering with more directories to generate leads for our clients)
  • create new processes so customers get consistently the same experience (think checklists for set-up)
  • Keep up with the latest trends, technologies and ideas in the Local online marketing
  • Keep up to date with new google tools, programs and systems
  • Make suggestions often to the Promotion manager so they can discuss with management, sales and accounts
  • Work on campaigns with other team members
  • working with other team members to suggest and create improvements to our ideas, tools, process and inventing new products
  • Ability to show demonstrable difference your work makes on ongoing basis
