Since Gcash name is just name and initial, it resulted scammer using the name similar to the account with name and initial
The name i transact is Jade T on Gcash and his agent is malou.lozada both now gone in FB

I ask for Gcash assistance but failed to get the information i need
I need the real name and address so i can complain properly
I asked Gcash to hold the account so they cant withdraw. But they said, they can not do it as they dont have rights.
now i realized Gcash is for small transactions only. For big business processes, the bank deposit still safe.
I will not pay any huge transaction with Gcash anymore. No guarantee
