21ST PHILIPPINE NATIONAL CHEMISTRY OLYMPIAD 2022 NATIONAL FINALS
OF THE PHILIPPINE FEDERATION OF CHEMICAL SOCIETIES
The Philippine Federation of Chemical Societies (PFCS) announces the holding of the 21st Philippine National Chemistry Olympiad 2022 (21PNCO 2022) National Finals on March 12, 2022, via the Zoom Cloud platform.
The annual PNCO consists of Regional and National levels of competitions,
which aims to:
- Promote Chemistry at the secondary level;
- Convene and update our teachers/coaches for Chemistry about the
high school Chemistry curriculum of other schools across the
country and in the international setting; - . Provide training ground and selection venue for the Philippine
delegates to the International Chemistry Olympiad (IChO); and - . Maintain a respectable IChO standing for the Philippines.
This year’s PNCO National Finals will be the 2nd Remote Access Exam
conducted during the time of the pandemic. The result of this contest will determine
the Philippine delegates to the 54th IChO in July–August 2022, hosted by the Republic
of China.The target participants must be Filipino citizens enrolled as high school
students at the time of the 21st PNCO 2022 Regional and National Competitions.
