CHED College Scholarship Requirements

CHED is now open to receive applicant for 2019 CHED scholar for incoming freshmen and college level.

Qualification

1.  Not more than 25,000 monthly family income
2. Graduating Senior high school student in the country
3. College students with earned units
4. Only have 1 CHED financial program

Academic requirement for Graduating HS

1.  Photocopy of grades in 1st semester Grade 12.
2.  Original certificate of General weighted average from Principal. Not lower than 75%

Academic requirements for ALS students

1.  Photocopy of ALS Accreditation and Equivalency Test Certificate of Ratings from DepEd
2.  Photocopy of Diploma from Deped.
3. Photocopy of Certificate or Rating from DepED – Philippines Educational Placement test Passer
4. Photocopy of Diploma

3. For College students

1. Xerox copy of the average from Register
2. Xerox copy of all completed subjects in 1st Sem

General requirements on scholarship

1. Proof of income

1. For OFW – copy of contract indicating earning.
for NON OFW – any of the following documents.
2. Latest income tax return of parents or guardians
Certificate of tax exemption from the BIR
3. Case study from the DSWD
4. Affidavit of No income
5. Certificate of Indigency from their Barangay
6. Good moral character
