The University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) Statistical Society proudly invites high school students to join ESTADISTIKA 2026, its Annual Invitational Statistics Quiz, Essay Writing, and Poster Making Contests. The event will be held on March 14, 2026, at UPLB, Laguna.
This year’s theme, ESTAnaw: Ang Sining ng Pagbabago ng Wika at Kultura sa Mata ng Datos, highlights the role of statistics in shaping language and culture. Now celebrating its 20th year, ESTADISTIKA continues to instill the value of statistics among learners from Grades 7–12 and promote excellence in the discipline among the youth. High schools from across Luzon are warmly invited to participate in this milestone event.

Participation of both public and private schools is voluntary and will not disrupt instructional time, in accordance with:
- DepEd Order (DO) No. 012, s. 2025 – Multi-Year Implementing Guidelines on the School Calendar and Activities
- DO No. 9, s. 2005 – Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task
- DO No. 66, s. 2017 – Policy on Off-Campus Activities
The event also adheres to the no-collection policy under Section 3 of Republic Act No. 5546 (Ganzon Law), which prohibits the sale of tickets or collection of contributions from students and teachers of public and private schools, colleges, and universities.
